How do I return an item purchased online?
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Two Hands Worldshop purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to us using the following guidelines:
- Use the ground shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

Lawrence, KS 66044
- When we receive your return, we will issue a credit to the card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes and shipping fees (to and from).

Can I exchange an item purchased online for another item?
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order.
- Use the ground shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

- When we receive your exchange item, we will issue a credit to the card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes and shipping fees.
- We will then process a new order for the items for which you are exchanging your original purchase.

What if my purchased item arrives damaged?
Damage Policy
- Email us at brady@twohandsworldhsop.com or call 785-979-5560 for assistance with your damage claim.
- Please reference your order number in your communication.
